• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• We reserve the right to modify product prices, discontinue products, or correct any errors without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing or product information error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any affected order.
• Product measurements and sizing may have minor variations; customers are encouraged to review the size guide before placing an order.

Orders

• All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp where applicable.
• Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order; VANA Clothing reserves the right to cancel or reject orders at its discretion.
• If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the refund amount will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Payment

We accept secure online payments through approved payment gateways. Accepted payment methods may include:

• Digital Wallets
• Cash on Delivery (where available)

Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization or confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Additional convenience or handling charges may apply for COD orders, where applicable.
• Availability of COD may vary based on delivery pin code and order value.
• Customers are requested to provide accurate contact and delivery information for COD orders.
• Orders placed using the COD option may require order confirmation through phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp before processing.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, transportation issues, or other events beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. VANA Clothing will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
• Once the order is marked as delivered 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
• Customized, personalized, clearance, or sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period through the original payment method.
• If customers receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must report it within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting images for verification.
• Exchanges are allowed only for eligible products and are subject to stock availability.
• If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may receive store credit or an alternative product option.

Cancellation

• Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped.
• Cancellation requests made after the order has been dispatched may not be accepted.
• Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) may require confirmation before processing, and unconfirmed orders may be cancelled automatically.
• VANA Clothing reserves the right to cancel orders in certain situations including:
• Product unavailability
• Payment failure or unsuccessful transactions
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Incomplete or inaccurate customer details
• Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity
• If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully received, the refund amount will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For prepaid orders, any applicable refund will be initiated after cancellation approval.
• Repeated cancellation of orders may lead to restrictions on future purchases or Cash on Delivery eligibility.
